ORDER INFORMATION AND SHIPPING
Order Processing and Shipping
At Vape Collective, we ship Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays and unforeseen closures.
All pickup orders can usually be collected within the same day.
All products, if in stock, are shipped within 24-72 hours during the business week. Any products not in stock (as noted prior to purchase) will be shipped once they arrive. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before the order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable or are attempted illegal purchase from underage consumers.
Refunds
If your item cannot be delivered due to improper or incorrect information provided, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fees from the initial shipment plus the fees for the return shipment charged by our shipping partners.
All transaction and handling fees will NOT be eligible for refund.
We will not reship any orders until the original order is returned to us.
Once your product has been shipped, we cannot offer order cancellations or refunds until the parcel arrives or is rerouted back to us and received.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+ depending on your province or territory) verification process, on every order. No exceptions can or will be made.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, both Government-Issued ID and the purchaser’s signature will required for delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show the same verification methods in order to receive your package.
NOTE: Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age could not be verified with our shipment partners will NOT receive a refund.
Shipping Partners and Restrictions
Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or on major Canadian holidays.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when your shipping label is created during order processing. An email containing the tracking number is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Customers can track packages using http://www.canadapost.ca within 72 hours of shipment - unless otherwise restricted by our shipping partners.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages in transit. If your package is missing and marked as delivered - claims must be reported back to us within 90 days from the date that parcels were shipped out for us to assist in investigation with our shipping partners.
